SHIPPING
We dispatch the next working day following the receipt of your order. All orders are tracked.
Once your order is dispatched, our courier will keep you advised by text and/or email as to its estimated delivery time.
Should you not be at the delivery address when the courier calls, the courier will leave a note and/or send you a message as to what options you now have to arrange a subsequent delivery/collection.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your order, then providing you have contacted us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to return the goods, then you have another 14 days in which to return your order.
All orders returned must be unused and in a re-saleable condition, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt and after inspection of the goods, then providing they are in a re-saleable condition, a full refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods back into stock.
