Shipping Policy in General
Leida Products Ltd and each of its Partner Companies have their own Delivery & Returns Policies. These can be viewed on a product’s Buy Page prior to ordering and paying for the goods.

Health & Safety
For reasons of health, hygiene safety and copyright, Leida Products Ltd and its Partner Companies are unable to exchange or refund the following products once worn or once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose:

Hair Accessories
Underwear/Shape wear
Control Wear

Please note: should it be considered that the returned product would be unhygienic for resale, then we reserve the right not to exchange it or make a refund

LEIDA’s Shipping Policy
Leida keeps it simple and quotes an all-in price!

FREE UK DELIVERY.  All orders received by Leida Logistics are dispatched using Royal Mail or an appointed courier on the next working day following day of receipt (providing that day is a normal working day). Shipments by Royal Mail are usually sent by 2nd class post, although on occasions, a 1st class service may be used.   Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take 2 to 3 days longer to arrive.  We do not dispatch to postal box numbers.  Orders are not dispatched on public or bank holidays.

DELIVERIES TO ALL EUROPEAN COUNTRY STATES. We ship to these countries using the Royal Mail International mailing service or by an appointed courier.  For such deliveries a shipping supplement applies.

All OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES.  Subject to special shipping arrangements, we also ship to the USA, Middle East and the Far East.

Returns Policy
If you wish to return an item you have received because you have changed your mind, or no longer require the item, simply return it within 14 days and a full refund will be arranged.
All items returned must be unused, and in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of these items, as long as they are in a re-saleable condition we will issue a refund with 48 hours. You are responsible for any costs incurred in returning unwanted goods.

Goods returned because they are faulty or incorrect must be received in the condition that you received them. We will pay for the return of these items. Once your item has been received and inspected we will arrange for a refund or replacement to be sent as necessary.
In all instances before returning a product you must obtain an Authorisation Return Number (ARN). Any unwanted items must be returned within 30 days from receipt of your ARN.

Please make sure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

To return any purchase for refund, please follow these few simple steps below:
Re-package the item to be returned and include the original documentation.
Clearly mark on the outside of the postal package your Authorisation Return Number (ARN).
If returning by the post, please obtain and retain proof of postage in case your item goes missing.
Please allow up to 7 days for your item to be received back at our supplier’s warehouse; should everything be found to be in order, then a refund will be made within 48 hours.
